This occurs when that coupon that you possess offers the same price markdown for both big and smaller product packages. Consider 5 bars of soap for $5 and 10 bars at $10 with a coupon of $1 off. With the 5 bars you get a price of $.80 a piece, and with 10 you get $.90 for each bar of soap.

There is a difference of ten cents depending on what package you”re going to take. This may seem like a small difference. But nevertheless, if you multiply this figure, you would still come up with considerable savings. That measly ten cents might just turn out to be a hundred dollars or more.

Learn how to barter and trade. The coupons that you have today might not be of much use for you. Simply put, if you get a coupon on dog food but do not really have a dog as a pet, there is no use for you to use that coupon and waste your money on dog food that you do not need. It would prove to be quite useless as well unless you”re planning on getting a dog sometime soon. If you don”t, this would only take up space and add to more clutter in your collection of coupons. So what do you do with your extra coupons? You trade them. You give someone the coupon in exchange for a coupon that you need.
